SPIRITUAL WELLBEING COUNSELLING

A space to explore what's weighing on you, with the support of sound therapy to bring each session to a close.

Spiritual wellbeing counselling attends to the whole person: the emotional, mental, spiritual, energetic, and physical. Spirituality is not about religion, but it can be if that's meaningful to you. More broadly, spirituality is about what brings meaning, purpose, and connection to your life. That looks different for everyone.

​

Sessions are grounded in deep listening and therapeutic conversation, helping you explore the beliefs and emotions that may be blocking your sense of self, clarity, or peace.

 

Each session closes with 15 minutes of sound therapy, a deliberate shift from conscious conversation into the subconscious field, where automatic beliefs and patterns reside.

 

This is a proprietary blend of conscious and subconscious work: the talking session surfaces what's present, and the sound therapy creates the conditions to gently meet and begin to shift what sits beneath.​​

Over time this work builds self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and greater resilience in navigating life's challenges.

How a session works

Each session focuses on one topic or area of your life. Within that, we move through therapeutic conversation and deep listening, gentle spiritual guidance, identifying what you need and where you want to go, and closing sound therapy for grounding and emotional integration.
