SOUND THERAPY-PRIVATE SESSIONS

Sometimes you don't need to talk. Sometimes, you just need to be held

by sound.

A private sound meditation session is a one-hour immersive experience, a rare and luxurious pause, a sanctuary of stillness where ancient sound meets modern wellbeing.

Each session opens with a brief five-minute check-in. A simple space to mention anything relevant, how you're feeling, anything you'd like to release, or an intention you'd like to bring into the session. From there, you surrender to sound.

No two sessions are the same, instruments are thoughtfully tailored to each client, drawn from a collection of specially crafted therapeutic sound instruments whose long, resonant tones and reverberating frequencies penetrate deep into the body and nervous system.

Unlike talk therapy, which works primarily through the conscious mind, sound therapy bypasses the thinking mind. The vibrational frequencies create a direct pathway to the subconscious, where insights, clarity, and a sense of renewal can emerge that conscious conversation alone cannot access.

What is sound therapy?

Sound therapy is an evidence-based practice with roots stretching back thousands of years, referenced in Vedic scriptures, used by ancient Egyptians, Greeks, and Aboriginal Australians, and documented by philosophers including Pythagoras and Plato. Today it is increasingly recognised in Western healing and medical contexts.
