SOUND THERAPY

Highly revered for its therapeutic and restorative benefits, Sound Therapy utilises sound and vibration to promote self-restoration by stimulating the body's inherent relaxation response, and assisting in the cessation of mind/body paradox, offering release from mental chatter.

In a session sound is played from various overtone emitting instruments on, and surrounding the body. Principles such as resonance and entrainment induce a restful and deep meditative state where the body can re-find balance.
